Raising the Curtains Introduced
Hello, You may be wondering what does 'Raising the Curtains' even mean. This blog is wholeheartedly dedicated to pulling back the curtains to my own mental health and things that I like to store away. Too often, we feel overlooked and unheard. You deserve to be heard, seen, and loved. If you are human you have experienced so much throughout life. But to get through life you have to face these obstacles and overcome them. For so long and even now I felt as if I couldn't do anything because of the challenges that life chose for me. However, I knew I had to do something because staying in a bad mental place does nothing for you, or for the people around you. Anyone that has a blog about mental health isn't perfect and has to have gone through it to even be able to write about it. If you are wondering, yes, I still struggle with my mental health, and every day it is a challenge. Though, I am optimistic about being able to continue growing and learning as a person. For me, this blog is a place for me to share my hardships, mental health issues, day-to-day problems, and for me to help others. For you, I hope that this is a place for you to learn, relate, and know you are not alone.
